Dear Lock poker,
I would like to pay for your employment by donking off 7 days a week for 8 hours a day. How ever, you are making it very hard to do so. I talked to 3 different reps about fixing my name (not a huge deal but still) and 3 days and 10 emails later nothing is fixed. I've contacted one of your pro's and support about tournament entry coupons I already have (2 $109's and a $215) still nothing. Today I wake up at 9:30am to start my day playing and I can't even reg for a tourney or sit down at a cash table??????? As much as I want to play at this site you are making it about impossible for me to want to leave money or put money on here any more. Will someone PLEASE address these issues? This is getting really old.
