Possible bug related to when your sng registration says, "Failed Exception."

Yesterday, I started having trouble registering in sng's. I was getting the Failed Exception message. After communicating with Lock (they initially responded quick), they just told me to try again. It failed several more times. I e-mailed them again. I don't know if they made an adjustment to the software or my account, but I was eventually able to register. I wrote my balance down prior to registering. After registering in two tourns, my balance dropped as though I registered in 4 tourns + a fraction. I wrote to Lock and I recieved this response, "We are looking into the issue ASAP."

Above was yesterday. I wrote them earlier today, but no response. I wrote a second time trying to find out the time frame to returning the $, but again, no response. So now I'm not getting anything from them. Not even a, we're still looking into the problem."

If you get the Failed Exception error message, check your balance to make sure the $ are working right. Actually, if possible with everything you're doing, you should check your balances as you go.

I wrote my balance down because earlier yesterday, one of the tourns I was registered in, ended out taking the buy-in and although I was registered in the tourn, my name disappeared from the tourn after a few minutes. Money not returned, but that's a seperate bug issue, and would be a problem if high $ was involved.

P.S. I've been testing Lock with small $. I enjoy the software. Minimal sng tournament player activity though. The only level I've been getting players (sng tourns not cash), is small buy-ins.

Sent the e-mail yesterday. Haven't heard back. Think I'm going to play tonight anyway, but hate changing current balance in account by playing since I do not think anyone is looking into this problem. By time they do, they'll say, to much activity to verify - no doubt!

If I had significant money in account, I'd be beyond cautious. Just playing for fun, so I guess I'll see what happens in the days to come, and will play again later.

Final from OP - Lock looked into this and showed me a list of tourns I was registered in. I was registered in a tourn during the time I was getting the Failed Exception error message, so that is were the problem was.

After there efforts, as of now, I'm more confident that Lock's a good site.
