On 05/06/2012, I won a WSOP Main Event Package in the "WSOP Qualifier - $12,500 Guaranteed (52212167)", now ten days later, and all I've got to show for it is a little accolade by my name. I've e-mailed Lock a total of 5 times now, with absolutely no response back(obviously I checked my spam folder). I've been in contact with Jarred G. from Merge, who said he e-mailed Lock and would get back to me as soon as they replied. But if I haven't heard anything in ten days, I don't know what he's going to get in two days. I really don't care if it comes from Lock or Merge, I'd just like to hear back from someone and have some sort of an ETA.

There has clearly been a break down in communication between Merge and us, after Jarred's last email to me I was just waiting for the funds to go into your account but that hasn't happened.

I've chased him up now so that they will take care of that as soon as they get into the office in about 6 hours time.

Are you going to be trying to cash this out as fast as possible so you can register and play the WSOP Main Event? Ive reached out to our cashier team with a general inquiry about if we can speed this process up a little, if you can let me know how you normally cash out I can try and get a more detailed plan from our cashier team.

Thanks for your quick response, in the past I have always withdrew via check by courier. I would be open to other cashout options or multiple cashouts to avoid such large transactions.
