I read this somewhere, can remember the source, but this is true from what I understand.

Merge Gaming applied for Malta Gaming Authority license, Malta gaming is still in the process of finalizing everything(or maybe they have already finalized? not sure...). All the merge skins started to display LGA logo since then, and Malta Gaming Authority has no problem with that.

When Merge applied for licence, Lock Poker was at lockpoker.com, they moved to lockpoker.eu sometime after that. LGA did not recognize .eu address since the address given to them was .com address. So you can see that this was a simple misunderstanding which they are working on. You and all others with idiotic theories need to STFU and GTFO.
