Done responding here Shane? You have a vested monetary interest in closing accounts in situations like this and are apparently the only ones who benefit from it if restitution is not being made to those who you claim to be protecting.

wtf? he is a support rep, he has nothing to do with security and gains nothing from anything.

My statement clearly refers to "Lock" as a whole and was addressed to Shane as their representative on this forum. He is more than an innocent support rep though. He is paid to knowingly patronize and lie to the public and he does so with a fervor
