Are all of the tourneys cancelled?
02-03-2013 , 08:16 PM
Wow, I'm only getting my buy-in back from the 70K ($530) and I'm getting $7.14 for the 100K???

This was an inside job by Lock to avoid sopping up the overlay.
02-03-2013 , 08:19 PM
this is the typical **** we in the US have to put up with because they know they got us by the balls. I left the bodog bovada joke place cause they were pulling some goofy **** and now this, stars and fulltilt, lets all just move out of the country so we can play
02-03-2013 , 08:21 PM
all tourny's in play cancelled.. WOW

I feel bad for all you guys who worked hard in a tourny to just get slapped in the face. Thats bullsht
02-03-2013 , 08:22 PM
all touneys cancelled huh?
02-03-2013 , 08:23 PM
I had about 10k in chips in the 100k when it cancelled. i got $44.
02-03-2013 , 08:23 PM
I still don't see anything in my account... what exactly is the cancellation policy? I was in the 100k and only had 4400 chips or so... is it split based on chip amounts? BS if it is
02-03-2013 , 08:24 PM
What is the deal with the 100k payouts finished with about 14k have no compensation anyone care to give word on the issue?
02-03-2013 , 08:24 PM
02-03-2013 , 08:27 PM
Sure seems like I got nothing for the 100K even though I was above average.
02-03-2013 , 08:29 PM
I am not positive about this, but i have a {tournament ticket winnings} of 6.16 in my transactions. I believe this is for the 100k. ***** plain wrong if it is, I had 20k and am entitled to AT LEAST my buyin back. Obviously a class business would pay the overlay. So we all know what lock poker is definitely not.

Edit: I recieved my buyin back plus 59.00. Still no overlay paid.

Seems fair right I got nothing for wasting 3 hours in this tourney when there was 280 people eliminated and 28k dead money and 537 left and i dont get 100$ its sick what they are doing gotta figure they were out 30k+ with the 100 free seats and only 800 entries such a scam
02-03-2013 , 08:37 PM
I still got no money back from 100k.

3-4 hands before software crashed (before break started) ran my QQ's into KK's

I doubt it was due to that. The overlay happens every sunday. They shoulda split it up at least for the 100k. Reg was almost over.
02-03-2013 , 08:44 PM
i only got $536 back from the 70K which was sitting at a 33.5K overlay

Finished with 14k and was compensated 0$ I guarentee it is because I got in on a ticket such a scam I cant believe this im sick

If you are due a payout, it will come. I just got mine from the $10k - got $31 all told sitting 200th of 231 in the $10k GTD. Small potatoes but at least I was made whole, to an extent.

Tryed contacting support and explain the situation? I'm sure they will do better than this. You have to understand these refund systems are -automatic- systems, there's no person "picking" what you receive or whatever.
02-03-2013 , 09:00 PM
Sorry for the bitching and moaning got 158$ for 14k in chips thanks for the support!
02-03-2013 , 09:46 PM
I was in I think 13th place with a $40,000+ chip stack size when the 100k shutdown and received only $95.34. Does that seem right according to their cancellation policy? I've never been in a tournament that shutdown before but that seems awfully little with the payouts.

Yeah I got like $50 over my entry fee for the 100k when I was sitting at 15k which was above average. I think a good company would produce some sort of explanation of the total amount distributed and whether the overlay was paid etc. **** happens I know but I think we could use some sort of fuller explanation of what was distributed so we could feel a little less skepticism about their way of doing things.

I think 150 bucks for 15k chips sounds more than fair.

I guess my post wasn't very clear. I'm not exactly complaining but I think it would also be a good business practice to somehow let us know the total amount divided etc. I know they have their policies etc but many of us out still curious about the overlays etc

Ps: 100k divided by the 520 left would be like $190 so it seems about right. That wasn't exactly my point though. I'm just saying a lot of people have a lot of questions about the site so why not be as transparent as possible?

I don't have a link but their website states the formula used to distribute the prizepool to the remaining players.

I don't get the overlay question. If the gtd prizepool wasn't met, i'm sure they paid it out just the same as they always would.

Regarding your $190 figure, do you remember what minimum cash prize is for the 100k usually? I thought it was less than 2x buyin, like ~140? That would make your refund sound about right.

None of these U.S. facing sites are going to be super transparent. Just part of the ball game i'm guessing.
