They haven't even responded to my emails when this happened a week ago.

This has got to be the worst run site with the most potential, well next to FTP of course.

Stop signing new pros like the grinder and buy some more servers. Either your IT guys are incompetent or you aren't listening to them.

anyone else concerned that this is a money issue. I dont see any large change in players throughout the week (Around 4k-5k). If this is happening on Sunday, it sounds like they are having trouble funding the larger tournaments from players funds (this shoudl be segregated at all times and this should never cause the issue). With a "restart" of the serves, you see the player pool get crushed down to 3k, which frees up player funds to be used for the sunday gtd's.

anyone else thinking this? or am I over the top?
