I just now got the popup that i needed to restart my tables to sit back in.

So I restarted and now i'm only in 3 of the 8 tourneys i was in and blinded down to 1 bb on a FT???

Oh man... again really can't decide whether to laugh or cry, i bet if u contact support aswell they'll be like "trolololol we see no issues on our end, we resumed the tournament and everyone was supposed to be able to play again, teeeheee"

This is not right. I was in 8th place with 44k chips, but I couldn't even connect. Next thing I know I'm blinded out in 13th.

Well got back on tables just in time to snap tilt off my stack in most tourneys and only have a couple left. Steaming Willie Beamen about now!!!!

I dont understand why they didnt send EVERY player a message on the software and email saying we will resume tournaments at *whatever time* make sure u restart the software and sit at the tables before then

When i told Shane this on Skype:

this obviously makes it all right, it was just a small mistake by the support team guys

I hope Shane has been working out.....'cause he's going to have a lot of "chasing up" to do.

As much as I know it sucks and is tilting beyond belief, do you honestly think they will sort these problems? It will be very hard to prove who was there, who wasnt, who got blinded out because of dc etc. It's much easier for them to just go "well we had the message up, you guys knew it was coming back blablala"

I feel like I was back playing Halo 2 and I kept getting sniped in the head as soon as I spawned, then right before the match ended, I realized someone had super-bounced outside of the map.

It's easy to make this right. You just go look at the chip stack counts on a hand right when the problem occurred and do a standard cancellation spit based on that data.

I was on my way to a $100+ finish and got stuck with $17.

This is beyond wrong. They let the few lucky people who managed to connect take all the blinds, and we're talking probably a thousand or more people's blinds, and they're going to look the other way? Ignore this?

This is the last straw for me. I am considering contacting my Attorney General if this is allowed to go down this way. I'd rather contact the DOJ and see the whole site go down than let them get away with this crap.
