When i told Shane this on Skype:
[2:53:56] shane.lockpoker: The support team were told when the restart happened everyone would be right back at their tables
[2:54:11] shane.lockpoker: It wasnt till a player let me know that we gold them and they sent the second message.
this obviously makes it all right, it was just a small mistake by the support team guys
