Why do they have to do this during the most important MTT's of the week

MULTI-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled because for technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will be refunded:
The prize money that would be awarded to the next eliminated player from the tournament will be awarded to all remaining players at the time of cancellation.
Of the prize pool left after distribution according to point 1, 50% will be distributed equally between all remaining players and 50% will be distributed on a percentage basis according to chip count at the time of cancellation.

I got my other 30+3 buy in back + 6.20....woot. I was in a good position in that one too ugh.

Time to go spend the 6.20 on a couple 40s and forget this happened.

That definitely doesn't sound right at all. Were you in the money already? Or did the tourney just start?

So have people gotten their payouts according to the payout policy yet? I haven't gotten anything.

I am randomly getting garbage refunds one at a time, I am waiting on final result to do calculations.

I am trying to find it, but I think they just removed all those tournaments from the lobby. I didn't get to check what position I was in, but I was second in chips at my table and def on pace to at least cash for a lot more than that 6.20 ugh.

The 10+1 tournament I got back my buy-in for 11 and 47.38 in winnings for the 5th place I was in. Still 27th place min cash was 50 something. I was in 3rd or 4th right before it happened...then people started playing and moved down. Some lucky bastard doubled through me on the last hand lol...he should be thanking me for that.

It wasn't in the money yet...so I can't really complain too much...but disappointing to have to accept 6.20 for how things were going. The other tournament I feel like I could of got a LOT more.

Im curious to know where they started paying out at, cause when it froze for me i had over 110k with 103 people left in the $109 100k. And in the lobby when it was cancelled it showed me with around 70k which i don't remember ever having 70k. I'm assuming they paid me for having a 71k stack cause I got credited about 768$ when it should have been about $1200 for the 110k i had. Great site.

How the hell are you supposed to know exactly how much you got paid if you can't open your tournament lobbies back up?

Go to ADMIN and look up the reports page. You can see it all there.

Check your reports page in the admin.

Or hopefully you keep records of your play and can figure it out that way.

go to your admin then go to reports and todays date and it should show all of it.

what was your chip count when server went down? i'm running #s for some people based on lock's cancellation policy for the 100k

I'm also curious what your stack was to get 1900. Im pretty sure I got screwed getting paid for 71k when I had 112k.

Well in my three tournaments I ended up getting paid out $251 for the 3 which isnt all that bad imo considering I wasnt deep at all in 2 of them.

I still havent received a payment from the 100k either

just started playing the 100k satellite......

was 6/48 in the $22 8k when it froze. 1st place was $1900 -- i received $236. lol.

Sad thing is when the 20 rebuy starts in 30 mins ill be back in and playing like I didnt get screwed
