Turning the clock back worked for me as well, make sure you change your clock manually not change your timezone. Also, I got refunded for both $10 DON's I was in as well as $29.xx for the $3r I had heaps of chips in.

I love this post -- If Lock customer support was associated with any real business the business would have closed down months ago. I'm now on about a month since my last withdrawal request. When you ask for the status, you get a generic email a week later saying that it takes 10 -14 business days to process -- excpet I msde the request about 25 business days ago. I know I'm not stating anything new to those who use the site, but it is frustarting.

Leaving the time alone and setting the date back to 08/01 should also allow you to connect.

Lots of cancelled events at the moment.

no, I'm not playing right now. I can't register for any new tournaments but I DID get paid for my tournament where we were about 15 places outside the money when they paused. Looks like they gave me about 6x my buyin. I don't think it was based on chipstack though because I had 9x in chips.

The time change trick worked. However, I just logged out to change my time back to normal and I was able to get back in with no issue. In other words, it seems like the issue is resolved.

Fooling with the time zones did nothing for me, but changing the date back to 8/1 worked like a charm. I'm on PLO as we speak.

The time zone reset worked for me, set it back two hours. Only problem is that I cannot register for any tournaments. Get Failed Exception 11712043.

Yeah, when I changed the time back to normal the ring games still wouldnt load normally. changing the date works fine. Don't think tournaments will be available until they fix everything entirely.
