Support at Lock can not help me.

I played on both Lock and Cake for some time. I deleted both clients and have downloaded again. When I click to start it up, it starts to load then just quits. Problem is with my computer, no doubt. Support has got me to disable/unistall all virus programs, pop ups etc. It's not working.

They do not or will not do a teamviewer to try and correct the problem. It must be something stopping the program, but what?

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm running windows 7, only security I have is Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Firewall.

Same for my PC, so I had been playing on my laptop on Lock previously. I am getting everything off Lock, so it's not an issue anymore. I am interested to hear if you find anything out though.

If someone here doesn't have an answer there will not be one. Support is just, "the problem is your computer, not us".

Funny how it worked before and not now. Like I said, something is blocking it, but what?

You need to download Framework 3.5 SP1,go to remove programs find old framework uninstall it and uninstall Lock poker then download lock poker and in process should ask you to download Framework 3.5 SP1 and it will work, if dont ask you then download it from Mirosoft site for free Framework 3.5 SP1

I tried that and it didn't work.

When I tried downloading the frameworks (I had the 4.?? version before) I got a messag that I had to turn on the windows features, which I did.

I have a screen shot, there are other things there only partially turned on, (check box in blue).

Any of those need to be turned on?

Damn can't figure out how to post the screen shot. Asks me for a url but it's on my computer. Oh well.

What is in a blue box is Internet Information Services; Web Management Tools, world wide web services.

Delete all versions in add/remove programs and remove lock poker then install it again and when pops up to download framework download it to and it should work

unistalled, did not pop up to download framework, so I downloaded framework on it's own, didn't work.

No rep from Lock here anymore???????

Hi Guys . I had the same problem i just tryed to uninstall Frameworks 3.0/2.0/1.0 after i did that i uninstalled Lockpoker, than when to the site and DL new one when i tryed it install it, it automatically installed Frameworks 3.5 with lock software . Just make sure u unstall every Frameworks that u have in add/remove programs . I hope that will help bcuz it helped me GL

I've tried that several times. It never comes up and asks me to install Frameworks while downloading Lock ????

Been suggested to me by Windows people etc. I have uninstalled all Frameworks prior and still don't work. I"m about done with this. Just send them an email and ask for my money back. Watch, they'll tell me I need to log on to the site...LOL

U should beable to withdraw on the site just go to lockcasino.com and u can withdraw from there
