missing over $100 after leaving my four cash game tables an hour ago...this is tilting me..not going to play until they fix this

i just had the same issues. i did everything 300zxrider stated, but that didnt work. i went to the withdrawl screen and the amount that was missing was some how added back to my total balance. i left that screen and my whole balance was back, paid in full. so try the w/d screen and see if that happens to work for whoever is having trouble.

Missing the money in my account from my last cash game as well. It's been about 20 minutes or so. This is so pathetic!

At least mine wasn't -215 . . . i feel a bit lame with my missing 5 bucks. lol

just checked again and got all my money back after waiting almost an hour...is it safe to play again or is this still happening?

It does not matter if it's $1 or $1,000,000. You shouldn't have to miss it at all.

I am missing like 2,5k after finishing my session...hopefully its just a delay...really sucks! What a **** day on Lock!

The only thing different I noticed today before playing a session and getting the missing money glitch was that when I clicked on Admin or Cashier through the software I was asked for my email/password. Since I am already logged in to the software I am not asked for it. This was the first time I got the email/password prompt and also the first time I got the missing money glitch since I started playing on Lock/Revolution.

When I got my money back into my account I noticed the email/password prompt went away. Now I just checked again and it's back so my guess would be that the money glitch will happen again.

I get that e-mail/password prompt all the time, but not every time.

Just got my winnings that were missing. I went into the vault page and looked at the full report for my account and it showed the money being added at that exact time. Not sure if it's a coincidence or what but might be worth a try for those of you who still don't have the money back.

lock just refunded my duplicate tourney entry fee, so that is good. $5 restored.
