Known Issue - Money disappears from account after leaving table - Page 5 - Two Plus Two

Same thing just happened to me... I've reloaded the cashier numerous times and shut the software down and reloaded it and nothing... I left 2 50NL tables and my money was just gone from my account... I also cashed in some tourneys earlier that was never added to my account. It's been over an hour. This is a HUGE problem Lock. My money needs to be reimbursed ASAP!

lack of the support since the launch is discouraging, not as discouraging as waiting for your winnings to get placed back in your account - playing HUSNG , you can cycle your roll in almost no time.

Shane, a bug like this should be fixed BEFORE offering software to the public. When people lose 1k with no explanation, you wonder if it will ever return. We can't exactly email Lock our hand histories and say, "Hey, this is how much I should have." This is a HUGE problem since we have no way to prove the amounts that should be in our accounts.

I have only been with Lock for 72 hours and already I am fearing for my money. I am incredibly disappointed and will promptly be leaving Lock come Monday.

My $ is slowly trickling into my account in VERY ODD increments... like $5 then $9 more... I was 16 tabling 50nl so I have no clue why I would be getting $9 increments?

Just got my money back from my last session that i left an hour ago. This is just unacceptable. If you have to take the client down for a day or so to make sure everything is running smoothly, i think that we all could live with that, and probably respect you as a professional business a whole hell of a lot more. I mean, you do see all of the chaos it is causing, right?
