Yeah, merge has way better software and don't steal your money. That's looking like the play here.

same here, registered for a $162 tourney which was cancelled and restarted software while sitting out on a cash table and that $ disappeared also. WTF

This happened to me after winning S&G and MTT! WTF! I closed the client multiple times, waited for more than an hour, the money is not in my accout! I'm switching to carbon now.

Just checked my cashier again and I have some of the money back, but not all of it. I hope getting my funds back is still a WIP and Lock didn't make some mistake and lose some of them. I will update itt

Just reloaded the cashier and have $20 more than I did a moment ago. Seems like they are crediting money back one table at a time.

I sent a email to lock support based on missing $3.50 (not much i know) but i KNEW it was from unregging a sng as i check my holdem manager often, no matter how many times i checked cashier it was missing the money, after reading that i should close and re-open software, i did this and its displaying perfectly fine with the $3.50 i was originally missing.

Its a new network and they are moving their cashier over, things can happen, can't completely blame them.

Just glad i didnt lose money for no reason

Just recieved 194.90 back.. So thats 2 tables now. Waiting on last 118/table 3.

EDIT: All my money has been refunded. Way to go Lock
