Known Issue - Money disappears from account after leaving table - Page 2 - Two Plus Two

More like losing it in your house and you have to go somewhere then your friend says "don't worry you'll find it later, it can't be anywhere else. Don't panic."

IMO

I understand this, but why exactly cant it be anywhere else? Thats the part that makes no sense. 98% of the time do I see them fixing this, yes of course. But I think its normal for people to be a little worried.. Just IMO. (Im not worried for the record, just stating the other side.)

Same here... My player balance just dropped by half after leaving the cash tables, even though I had a winning session. Obviously a bug...
Oh well, this Lockpoker site is really a chaos so far. I signed in for the first time yesterday and I have no clue what the heck is going on here...

Battle of the Ronin?....Where?
200% sign up bonus?.....Where?
Disappearing balance?....Hell ya!!

I understand this is supposedly caused by the recent move from Merge. Hope these problems get resolved soon. Like the site though.

Has anyone actually had the money actually show back up? My sitngo wins haven't been being credited to my account, pretty frustrating won't be able to play again until the money is there, if it ever shows up

Ya winnings and unregistering not showing back in my account. Too bad, I was on a heater. Not to worried yet, had similar issues when Lock was on Merge and it worked out.

I was about to deposit. I'll take my money elsewhere now. I've been trying to give Lock a lot of slack because things do happen when you make big moves like this, but it just seems to be one thing after another. Everything just seems so rushed and done on the fly.

The main thing I've learned from reading all this is that some people have severe BR management issues. If you cant play now, because what was taken when you left tables, sngs etc... You were overextending your roll IMFO.

I registered for two MTT tournaments.

$5000 GTD @ 6/2/2012 starting time 2PM for $150 + $12 - it was cancelled because it did not get the min # of players.

$3000 GTD @ 6/2/2012 starting time 2PM for $30 + $3 - it was cancelled because it did not get the min # of players.

WHERE IS MY MONEY BACK?????????????????????

Found a way to beat the bug:
Click alt+del, open a cash table, bet 3BB, sit out and drink a latte.

Was registered for 10+ sngs, and unregged when seeing this thread. Money didn't get put back into my account even after logging off twice.
