What is this official statement going to be about? This is not just about the major technical error from last Sunday and all the issues that came along with that. It is also about people not having money being deposited into their poker accounts after having it go through on their credit cards. It is about cash outs not being processed. It is about cash out refunds (for the 1 time a month cash out) not being deposited back into players accounts. It is about checks bouncing. It is about the total and utter lack of email responses from Lock support when asking about these questions.

In general its about HORRIBLE customer service and not being responsive to people when their money is involved. I'm not here to tell people to stop playing on Lock Poker because of these issues. That is up to them. This is about being responsive to the people who are putting money in the paychecks of Lock employees.

Please pass word along to your management that this official statement isn't just fluff and has some meat to it. Fluff will be total failure and result in pressing forward with this campaign and the boycott campaign till these money issues are resolved.

Bird...not for nothing man, but why the hell do you keep posting on this thread in a non-productive manner? This thread has NOTHING to do with "saving lock poker". This thread is about getting answers to issues with people's money missing for various reasons.

Since we started this post there has been a lot of movement and chatter around the internet that we haven't seen. So it's not just a "good idea", its actually has been very productive. If you just want to ***** and moan, please do it to your dog or whoever is in the next room. If you want to be part of the solution focus your energy on the social media campaign that has been taking place. And for god's sake if you are going to join in the tweeting, please don't be a doucher to the people you are tweeting.

Im definitely hoping to get something out inside the next 24 hours.
Hope you feel better. I also hope that whatever the Company line is, it will address more than a software crash in the hopes of placating the masses. Don't you guys ever use a web conference?

That is a brilliant idea. If the wizard comes out from behind the curtain, via a web conference, it would go a loooooong way with all the unhappy Lock customers.

So let me get this straight. We know for a fact that Rizen, Shane, many of the pros, and upper management, including Larson, are aware of the deposit problem, and yet they STILL have not done the ethical thing and temporarily BLOCK DEPOSITS? It takes time to find the problem, fair enough. But to keep accepting deposits when they KNOW the players will not get their money is reprehensible.

In my opinion, this is the nail in the coffin, and it makes Lock CONFIRMED scum.

Re: It's Time To Get The Word Out - Twitter Addresses of Lock Pros & Media

@Ben Lopez

I'm not sure if that is necessarily the case. I mean I am sure deposits don't always go through smoothly, but I'm not convinced that there has to be some kind of huge problem. All we are going off of is basically what is going on here in the forums. The lack of communication from Lock (be it here, or through support) is creating an environment for us players to assume the worst, and ppl with other interests, to come in and help to confirm just that. Point is, the lack of communication from Lock is bad (to me, almost inexcusable), but we don't really know how widespread the deposit problem is. Fwiw, I deposited just fine a little less than 2 weeks ago. Am I uneasy to do it again now? Yes. But, I do really, really, really want to take advantage of this deposit bonus so .

Now that we have some kind of light (Shane has returned, and some official statement is soon to follow) we may be able to stop driving ourselves crazy. I, like many others I'm sure, have thought out goals and whatnot to maximize value here, and the hiccups just leave me feeling like wtf? I really want Lock to work out, Revolution is still fresh, it's not going well, I get it, we are frustrated. But, "confirmed scum" seems a bit harsh... Just hope it's not true.

2 things:

1. ENUFFISENUFF: you have done a great job with this thread. this has accomplished our main goal of getting some type of response and even got some media coverage... thank you and good work homie

2. there are several posters in this thread and others that have been bashing like crazy. come to find out it is one loser posting under 3 or 4 accounts (birdshow, nintendslite, etc) this guy is that same pycho from nova scotia. if you guys wanna see the ultimate troll, look back on these threads and see how many posters are now banned.....this was all the same guy...

Great point, Ben. C'mon Lock, do the right thing and shut off the deposit option until you can figure out what the problem is.

Re: It's Time To Get The Word Out - Twitter Addresses of Lock Pros & Media

Over 3 weeks ago I had money missing from my account and sent atleast 6 emails reguarding it. Still no response on where it is. There wasn't a transfer out or anything like that. The money just simply disappeared. I don't understand how by this time I have not got even one response. Not even the "Hey we are looking into it"

We have brought on new staff that will immediately help.
So you're saying that we we're in fact lied to in the past about better support coming within one or two weeks? But this time they decided to actually give us better support.

@shane, I realize that you guys are just reps and that it is not all your fault. It has become clear though that your company is completely incompetent. If the company can't get a statement together within a week then there are some serious internal issues happening. Management is in way over their head imo.

This is why Pro's normally choose to refrain from these threads. I didn't say anything about players being lied to, we have increased staff, it hasn't been enough to keep up with the growth. Hiring and just putting untrained people in support positions would only magnify the issue. We are confident that the new support personnel hired will be able to compensate for Lock's increasing player base.

I'm sure Rizen and Shane will be back to help once they get internet again. I would wait on the boycott for another week. Live support is so close to coming online also. If players would just make more deposits I think it can stay afloat for a while longer. If everyone just cashes out or not make new deposits then only the players with balances will be hurt. That is not what you want from a boycott. Keep Lock going, encourage deposits not a boycott.

A bunch of cashing out wouldn't hurt anybody unless the funds aren't segregated like they should be.

Encouraging people to deposit on a poker site which basically has no customer support would be rather shady of me, sorry but i'll pass. And if they can't even handle exclusion requests in regards to their responsible gaming policies you can be sure their doing jack squat to keep the games clean from cheating.

Shane has said the funds have always been segregated. All poker sites should be doing this. Thanks to FT, all of us are worried there could be a repeat. Hopefully Lock understands some players will always be skeptical. I'm not sure what proof they could give that the funds are safe. I'm pretty sure they won't be showing us the balances in their different accounts.

You are not sure what proof they could give that the funds are safe? Third party audits are very common in business. There are actually companies that do that for a living, their jobs are to audit private and public companies such as Revolution.

These four companies are PwC (officially PricewaterhouseCoopers), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, KPMG, and Ernst & Young. Two are located in the UK, one in the Netherlands and one in the USA.

Any of these four companies could probably get the job done and verify the segregated funds that Shane told you about.

It's money well spent and players will sleep safely knowing their money is safe and segregated, just like Shane promised you.

Tweeting all of the Lock Pro's or Lock Poker is a way for everyone to be heard but I would like to suggest to keep in mind that Lock Poker continues to operate in a tough landscape so that American players can still play the game they love. It's not perfect, and these issues are all priority right now and are being addressed as fast as possible. Have all of these issues been addressed fast enough? No, but the effort is there behind the scenes and no one is working harder than the entire administrative team to make Lock Poker/Revolution the best online poker site/network for players. I ask that players remain patient just a little bit longer and have confidence that your voice is being heard and is not being ignored. It's a lot to ask for right now all things considered but for every complaint I could point to 4 or 5 examples where Lock strives to give the players on this site and network the most long term rewards.

I can tell everyone that Lock management has added a team of new support personnel that will be a noticeable difference for all involved within the coming week or two. They are working tirelessly to make the support team here the best in the industry.

Players are tired of hearing about the challenges facing online poker we all want them fixed, in fact pro players are often times most affected by cashout limitations and other issues despite what many believe. We are all frustrated to a certain extent but in times like these the energy spent on the negative only takes time away from addressing everything that needs to be fixed. I'm more guilty than most when it comes to letting my frustrations regarding player issues get the best of me. Pro's are facing the same issues as everyone else. I am just one very tiny cog in the wheel so to speak but will make it a point to make myself available and will be the first to apologize for the frustration that many feel right now.
So i was supposed to notice a difference in support? funny i havent heard from support in over 10 days about my deposit....yea huge difference

Thanks for the info. That would certainly calm the fears of many people here. Now whether or not Lock would be willing to do this is a completely different matter.
