FWIW I'm not a Lock "fanboy" I'm just an advocate of a bigger player pool. If anyone thinks I'm trying to "talk up" Lock, I'm not, everything I say regarding Lock is true. Their rewards are better than merge and cashouts are supposedly getting faster so keep/put your bankroll on Lock

The only thing the public complaints are doing is bringing doubt to the minds of potential customers/fish. I don't think this is going to have much of an impact at all. Tweeting your problem isn't going to do anymore than sending an e-mail would. Here is a sentence from an article that just about sums up this whole situation.
Sir, like I asked when I first started this thread...fanboys, please stay away! It's not about "scaring the fish away" and it's not about us know what's going on and we are still playing. IT"S ABOUT OUR MONEY BEING MISPLACED, STOLEN, NOT REFUNDED, ect.... I personally have no played, and I think you're asking for it if you keep playing. What I'm talking about is getting responses from a company that has mishandled OUR MONEY.

I'll say it again...fanboys...stay away.

It's not perfect, and these issues are all priority right now and are being addressed as fast as possible. Have all of these issues been addressed fast enough? No, but the effort is there behind the scenes and no one is working harder than the entire administrative team to make Lock Poker/Revolution the best online poker site/network for players. I ask that players remain patient just a little bit longer and have confidence that your voice is being heard and is not being ignored. It's a lot to ask for right now all things considered but for every complaint I could point to 4 or 5 examples where Lock strives to give the players on this site and network the most long term rewards.

I can tell everyone that Lock management has added a team of new support personnel that will be a noticeable difference for all involved within the coming week or two. They are working tirelessly to make the support team here the best in the industry.

Players are tired of hearing about the challenges facing online poker we all want them fixed, in fact pro players are often times most affected by cashout limitations and other issues despite what many believe. We are all frustrated to a certain extent but in times like these the energy spent on the negative only takes time away from addressing everything that needs to be fixed. I'm more guilty than most when it comes to letting my frustrations regarding player issues get the best of me. Pro's are facing the same issues as everyone else. I am just one very tiny cog in the wheel so to speak but will make it a point to make myself available and will be the first to apologize for the frustration that many feel right now.
Did I miss something here...who are you? And if you do work for Lock or one of the "Pros", you do realize we've been fed this same exact line of **** for months now. You do realize that right?

And if you are some how affiliated with Lock then tell us this...how come no one from Lock has replied to emails, sent out a form email, posted on this fourm about the issues we are all experiencing and have been posted on here by countless and numerous times?

I suggest we all do a sitout everyone backs out of the sunday 100k or everyone sits at the tables and nobody play!

It was done about a year ago when pokerstars raised thier rake and everyone flipped out well a post started on here i think..maybe pocketfives not sure but anyway the word got around and everyone sat out at tables and it really was noticed by the pokersite the next day they changed the rake back to normal rake...the people won , and i think we can win this battle also .

We are the ones that run this company technically we deposit...we play...we pay the rake which pays thier bills , therefor we hold the power to change all this lets start a movement.
That's an awesome idea. Start up a thread with a planned time and date and how to get the word out and lost the link in this thread.

I played the 100k and 65k last Sunday and like I said above, faced the same frustrations as everyone else. If I was frustrated on the tables I certainly knew the player base was as well and there wasn't very much that I could say that would take that away. That being said we should have taken a more active role in alleviating concerns and I offer my personal apology for failing to do so.

After the tournaments our Pro's and management were rightfully bombarded with questions, emails, twitter comments, and other media outlets wanting to know what was being done to address the problem. Many of the players that were affected are our friends and referrals brought to Lock by our recommendations, we DO share in the frustrations surrounding last Sunday.

I feel very confident that moving forward these issues have been fixed and that the players who stand by Revolution gaming will be rewarded. I will once again be playing the 100k and 65k tomorrow.

I am most excited about the increase in support staff that has been added and can confidently say that I think the players will be as well in the very near future. It will be a noticeable difference.
Lip service sir...lip service. If you truly are a poker player then you should be like most of us and be very cynical. Enough of the lip service, especially from someone who doesn't even state who they are.

It's not just about the tournaments freezing last Sunday and people getting blinded and anted out and not being refunded. It's also about people waiting for cash outs. And what I believe is most import is people that have been depositing, money not showing up in their poker account and having the money deducted from their bank or credit card.

Unless you state who you are, your comments are truly worthless.

Re: It's Time To Get The Word Out - Twitter Addresses of Lock Pros & Media

Can we please get back to what this thread is about, which is getting word out to the people and media. How many people have actually tweeted the contacts listed? If everyone does it once a day, every day, till we hear something from the "wizard behind the curtain" this should work.

Reach out to pokerplayer and cardplayer too. I've asked them to try to obtain an interview with Ms. Larson to address all the issues that are listed in this forum.

I'm an old guy, and I know how to tweet. I assume most of the people on here are a lot younger and into the social media a lot more. So instead of just throwing your dicks around and arguing with each other on here, those who are as frustrated as myself, spend your energy and typing in a more focused way that might actually accomplish something.

@IceWater_17 was listed in your original post. It's my Twitter feed.

I'm sorry for not clarifying that IceWater17 and IceWater_17 are in fact the same person, I figured that much could be assumed.

You say its all lip service, which in many ways that would be absolutely correct, my comments are mine and mine alone. You asked for Pro's to get involved and that is what I'm trying to accomplish here. Degrading me or my opinion will not help the situation in any way.

I have apologized numerous times in this thread for the lack of response to what occurred Sunday and with our support times. I can't offer you my blood I know that is what you would like to see happen but I can tell you that even pro players were/are frustrated just like yourself.

You asked for answers and if you want your thread to be taken seriously maybe you could refrain from attacking any future Lock Pro's or administration that come in and do their very best to answer them.

I addressed the support issues and have said that you will see a noticeable difference in the next week or two and that I expect the player base to be very happy with those results. I stand by that statement. I'm aware that you have been told the same thing before so telling you this time will be different would naturally be taken skeptically but its the truth. We have brought on new staff that will immediately help.

In regards to last Sunday's MTT table issues I have full confidence moving forward that these issues have been taken care of. If I thought differently I wouldn't be in here stating that I will once again be playing in the 65k and 100k tournaments.

I'm trying here, honest attempt at making right all of things that need to be addressed. It's top priority and can tell you that everyone is working hard to make sure that Lock is the best skin for its players moving forward.

Last apology for me, but I'm being sincere when I say that we regret what happened last Sunday and have done everything we can to make sure that problem doesn't happen again.

2+2 is an open discussion forum. All opinions are welcome.

If the only purpose of this thread is to harrass sponsered pro's and slander Lock, then I say this thread should be locked and closed.

It is understandable that many people are upset right now, and I think it is deplorable that Lock has not responded yet. Having said that, what do you think this thread and these tweets will really accomplish? Do you think Annette O. will walk away from the WSOP to investigate this for you? Do you expect pro's to abandon their sponserships in the middle of the WSOP?

There are clearly some problems that Lock should address. If it was my deposit that had gone missing, I would be livid, so yes, I get that. But many other people are having no problems depositing right now, and like it or not, Lock is growing. This is not a FT type situation, and I seriously doubt Lock would invest all this money and then just abandon the site.

Just my 2 cents.

Timing on last Sunday's software issues couldn't have come at a more disruptive time. Like you stated most of the pro's are/were in Vegas and many have still not returned as of today.

Lock is indeed growing at such a fast rate that we haven't done a good enough job keeping up with support. It's top priority right now. We definitely understand and relate to players being upset and Its more than understandable, but my assurances go out to say that we DO care and that this is all being addressed. The right people are on it and working tirelessly to ensure these issues are taken care of.

Lock isn't going anywhere, in fact I will go on record saying that I expect Lock to be the most rewarding to its players moving forward with great promotions and generous bonus offers.

I appreciate your willingness to have actual discussion despite the frustration.

So let me get this straight. It's open forum discussion as long as you like what's being said? If not the thread should be deleted?

#1 Do you know what the definition of slander is? This is copy/pasted from Webster online "Noun: The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. Verb: Make false and damaging statements about (someone)."

So if this is slander, then everyone that has been posting on this board about not getting responses, money not being deposited, no cash outs, ect... are all lieing? Is that what you're saying? Because if that's not what you're saying, then no one is slandering anyone.

#2 Who said or has do anything to "harrass" people? I think reaching out to people that are affiliated with Lock, in a professional and polite way, is definitely a lot more pro-active and forward thinking than just complaining about what's happening on an online message board.

#3 No I don't expect them to leave their seats at the WSOP, but guess what? The WSOP should have nothing to do with the issues that are going on at Lock right now. When you are paid money from a company and advertise for that company, you should have some moral responsibility for the practices of said company.

Do I expect these "Pro's" to leave Lock..no? That's not what is trying to be accomplished. Since Lock Poker has left us in the dark and has not taken care of their own business, this seemed like a very logical way to try to get their attention.

Again, I don't understand all your fanboys out there. So when I say "fanboys stay away"...that is just a suggestion. I surely know that this is, as you put it so eloquently "2+2 is an open discussion forum. All opinions are welcome." I guess you could say my statement was just a suggestion. How's that suite you?

Guys like you make me sick. You throw around words and make statements that are untrue so you could make a point. But making a point with factless statement is...well...it's just slander. Ironic huh?

So then you are Brian Martinez?

Thanks for replying Brian. I didn't realize you were one of the pros that were listed in the original account.

Since you are affiliated with Lock, you should know the only thing we have heard is lip service. I'm not saying what you are stating is a lie, but we have heard it before. The whole purpose of this thread is to get one of you guys to pass word along to Jennifer Larson for a comment. And not a bull**** "lalala" comment. A real, honest, statement as to what's going on.

Also people's money is being messed with. You as a pro should know that's a fatal problem. When people are expecting money returned or depositing money and not having it show up in a poker account you would also be as ticked off as us for just being ignored.

That's the biggest problem....you have a company like Lock that is dealing with people's money, and I know its in a touchy market, but they chose to be in that market, and we are getting nothing back from them.

I'm not sure how Jennifer Larson expects to run a long running profitable business. If what you say is true...that Lock is in it for the long haul, wouldn't you think they would want to make their original customers happy. I get the whole slow down and screw up last Sunday...**** happens with technology. I know it...I'm in that business, but the main issue is the lack of communication AFTER something like that happens.

Feel where we are coming from? I would totally appreciate it if you could reach out, quick txt or email, to Jennifer Larson with a link to this forum.

bridshow...shut the **** up man. the guy replied in a polite way and seems to really want to try to help. didn't your parents ever teach you that you attract more bees with honey than vinegar?

Please be RESPECTFUL when reaching out to the people that are listed in this thread. I actually didn't realize it was the same account. I ****ed up and apologized for it.

These Pros that are affiliated with Lock don't run the business. They are paid to advertise it. So the most we could ask of them, and the entire point of this forum, is to get the attention of one of them so they could get the attention of this mysterious Jennifer Larson.

Please stop posting comments that are not going to help us move this up the ladder at Lock Poker.

I was the angry young man at one time too. with some more aging you'll realize that's not the best way to get what you want.

I asked for patience, and said that those that continue to support Lock Poker will be rewarded long term. I have not once asked for anyone to have a different opinion than what they have already formed.

I DO care about the players on this site, I also care for Lock Poker and that makes me in many ways a biased responder but I'm speaking truthfully when I tell you that I know everyone is working their hardest to address these issues and that what our players feel is extremely important to our management team.
