Yes I never posted on here. Quite simply, I'm not a board kinda guy. I'll jump on to see what's going on and get answers to questions, but I never post. So for me to start this, you know there is a big bug up my ass.
I myself, like everyone else that is playing on Lock, is beyond frustrated. I have money that is owed to me for the "once a month free" withdraw and also from a deposit I attempted and never had posted, but was withdrawn from my checking account. Another question that I want answered, along with everyone else, what happened last Sunday? It's amazing when such a **** storm happens and no one from Lock responds or makes a statement.
It's also amazing that guys like Rizen and ImJustShane always seems to give a response like, "I will get that to our CEO". I'm not sure if it's just me, but wouldn't you think this Jennifer Larson, CEO of Lock, would personally address the issues we all have had. It's like she/he/it is the wizard behind the curtain.
Here is a short list of problems that should be addressed:
- What is your plan/do you have a plan/do you care that your support SUCKS and how are you going to improve it?
- What happened last Sunday?
- Why are you taking deposits, that are deducting from our accounts, and not posting money?
- What is your 1 month/6 month/1 year plan for Lock Poker and it's horrible software?
- Are checks EVER going to be processed and sent?
- Why are checks bouncing that are sent?
These are very simple questions that a CEO should be able to address to its customers. I'm not sure if Jennifer is really CEO material. Seems like she/he/it is over she/he/its head.
I'm calling out to all the frustrated players that have been posting on this board to reach out to the following people. Ask them what is going on with the company that they are representing. Also ask them if they believe their other sponsors would approve of them representing a company the way Lock is behaving at the moment. Ask them to reach out to the wizard behind the curtain, AKA Jennifer Larson, to personally post to the forum. And not just some lip service like Rizen and ImJustShane has been feeding us for weeks. Do what you will with the address, just get the word out, but please be respectful.

I also think it might be helpful to reach out to the poker media. They would probably like to report on what's happening at Lock. Below are the twitter accounts for Bluff Magazine and Card Player Magazine:
@bluffmagazine
@CardPlayerMedia
Lastly, I did find that Jennifer Larson does have a LinkedIn account. I'm not that familar with LinkedIn, but it does show she has over 500+ connections. I'm sure he/she/it wouldn't like it much if all these business connections knows how she's handling her business. Here is he/she/its LinkedIn account:

I'm not sure if this is going to accomplish anything, but it can't hurt. Please be respectful when reaching out to these contacts and asking for their help. Also if anyone else has any suggestions please post.
Lastly, all your fanboys, please keep off the board. We really don't need to hear how we should be "patient" and "respectful". I don't get you people. Are you reading what's going on this forum? This is a real problem when people's money is not being handled correctly. Think about it...for every one person that posts or comments about problems, there are probably 100 more people that are having the same exact one. So no need to hear from you or how we should suck the teats of Lock Poker to be able to get answers about our hard earned money.
I'm interested to see how this goes.
