Issue of Lock Support Team Issue of Lock Support Team

Hello guys,

I am new to merge network and I started with a deposit of $400.

After the deposit, my account was locked up and needed a verification.

I followed the steps and provided my documents to the support team.

I have not received anything from the support team for a week time.

I am not sure did they get the documents or I need to resend them again.

My point is that AT LEAST let me know what is going on.

Now is like they take my money and lock up my account without letting me to release it.

Does anyone know what to do with my issue

fwiw, on a few occasions I pm'ed LockRizen a few questions and he took the time to fully answer with very thorough responses. He could have easily copy+pasted generic responses to my questions, or ignored some of them completely, but he didn't. I also did not receive verification that my forms had gone through after emailing Lock twice and he stepped in and told me the exact date that I had been approved.

There are a LOT of issues/problems with Lock Poker and Merge, however, Rizen (and Shane I would assume) is not one of them.

I have sent an email to Rizen and hope that they can help me to tackle the problem.

One reason I am so frustrated is that (based on what I read here) Rizen and Shane do answer PMs and emails from other people -- as well as respond to posts on 2+2. I don't know why no Lock rep is responding to me, and I'd just give up on them, but I'm stubborn. So, I keep emailing, and sending PMs, and posting here. Someday, someone from Lock is going to respond to me. When that happens, I will gladly post again and sing that person's praises!

I hear you when it comes to email communications. I signed up for Lock because of the iPad2 promotion, completed it after the 2 month mark (even though it said the bonus was ACTIVE in my Player Admin), and they never got back to me in regards to a possible resolution. By the time I found out about pm'ing Rizen on these forums, he told me that too much time had passed and he couldn't do anything about it... but least he responded. The email reps would get back to me days later, tell me that they were waiting on management to respond, and then never get back to me. After 3 emails, I gave up trying.

I forwarded your information directly to the people appropriate for verification. Sorry if I didn't include you on the e-mail or respond to you via PM. I'm usually pretty good about that but if I missed you I'm sorry. I've seen several of the outstanding verification people responded to in the last 24 hours, so I would assume you'll get a response fairly quickly. If you don't please let me know.
