Hello guys,
I am new to merge network and I started with a deposit of $400.
After the deposit, my account was locked up and needed a verification.
I followed the steps and provided my documents to the support team.
I have not received anything from the support team for a week time.
I am not sure did they get the documents or I need to resend them again.
My point is that AT LEAST let me know what is going on.
Now is like they take my money and lock up my account without letting me to release it.
Does anyone know what to do with my issue
