For those of you that aren't familiar from my other thread on the Internet Poker forum, my name is Eric 'Rizen' Lynch and I'm the Poker Room Manager over at Lock Poker.

We pride ourselves on creating a superior poker experience for the user.

I played online and live poker professionally from 2006-present so my background is as a player first and foremost. As such I feel I have a unique perspective on how players view issues and do my best to act as a representative on your behalf for both Lock and Merge.

I envision this forum as a place for feedback on the site, ways we can improve the site, and an additional layer of user support.
