We did post this, but its not all bad remember you can do the same thing this month with less of the stress from the teething problems.

The bonus runs all through July as does a fresh Ronin.

I have a question tough. If I still have a part of my active bonus for clearing and I withdraw some of my money will I lose the bonus ? Also, if I lose that bonus but redeposit again using THEFUTURE will I get a new bonus to clear ?
It is important for me to know as I don't feel comfortable keeping to much money on any site these days.Not that I don't trust Lock but I still have five figures "locked" on Full Tilt plus my bankroll isn't that big anymore

Still not seeing any payments on my bonus yet. Not even seeing that it exists. If it actually clears at $5/84 points then I think I'm owed somewhere around $150. We shall see what happens I guess. Also, man it feels hard to get points/higher VIP levels as a tournament player. Granted I'm not playing the 55+ events, but still.

I am owed a LOT from the bonus that never carried over from Merge. If it's 84pts for every 5 bucks, I should have 70 bucks coming. I emailed support a few days ago, and I have heard nothing.

FWIW, I believe Shane mentioned that bonuses carried over from Merge will be paid at the old Merge rate.

It seems the promo page on lock has been updated, it says THEFUTURE is redeemable once per player. Is this accurate? Has anyone used this code twice in one month and been successful?

Also, I thought ~90 days would be the time u have to clear it. My active bonus report says 123 days. Anyone else? Would like to know if I can expect 123 days, makes a difference how much I will deposit.

Hate to sound antsy but if it's possible, faster and more convient, I'm all thumbs up if I can switch over cashout methods after processing and before check arrives?

Hey Rizen and Shane,

WHY have you given us no updates on the important issues currently at hand?? I know you have seen all of the posts about people losing out on money from the busted sunday bs. I'm one of those people and im currently missing around $500. Its been 3 days and i have only recieved around 80$. Enough is enough. I have put in way too much loyal volume in for lock and i deserved to be compensated. ALSO havent been able to redeem my lock lotto prize that i recieved a WEEK ago. PLEASE respond SOMEBODY??!
