i just tried to log into my vault and it keeps saying i am putting in an invalid pin when i am not. what can i do about this? they dont have live chat anymore so now i just have to send an email and wait

now my vault isnt even there but i'm guessing thats a security feature.

Sometimes my vault disappears too but i just reopen and its there again. Just be patient and wait for customer service to reply. Also PM the lockrep on 2+2 for faster help.
