How Lock Poker treats their European customers How Lock Poker treats their European customers

Hello people from 2+2,

as I've said in this thread, I am new to the forum and again I apologize if I use it in order to help my voice to be heard.

I want to tell you a story. As you may know since June 5th 2012 European players are not allowed to play on .com. Fine, I thought, this time they let us know on time and won't finish as for FullTilt. Uhm... I am too optimistic I guess, because few days before this D-day I tried to enter into my Lock Poker account and a pop up window shown up and said "please update your client", or something like this. "Fine, I'll do", I thought but unfortunatly after updating the software I wasn't able to access to access the client, and there is where my Odissey began.

I've emailed the support, got a standard useless reply, figured out and fixed the problem by myself but at that point June 5th was a page ripped from the calendar... drama! So at that point yes I could run the client, but I couldn't access the cashier because of the limitation for European citizens.

Since then I've emailed the support, I don't know, maybe 12-13 times, and twice they've told me a mysterious Cashier Manager was in charge of my issue and ready to refund me. It's almost a month now, and now it's even worst, because they don't even reply to my emails.

What can I do to get their attention and, especially, my money back? Thanks in advance for your help, and in case you step by Barcelona tell me, will be my pleasure to give you some tips about the city, maybe having a beer at the Barceloneta beach.

Yes, you're right. Anyway it is annoying the way they are dealing with Spanish customers: they only reply with standard email or with lies, freezing accounts and keeping money that don't belong to them. Any help on how can I get in touch with Lock Poker support from this forum? Thanks, have a nice weekend

It's kind of like how anytime you go to Barcelona you get robbed blind, huh? - Maybe Lock is just teaching Spaniards how it feels to be pickpocketed.

I'm kind of joking and kind of serious.

Anyways, I hope you can get your money. Sucks. Hopefully Lock gets this sorted out for you, and I hope they step up their game with support and cashout.

Not much you can do besides thank your government for being greedy, like we're doing over here in the states.

Hi all, I have good news... it tooks only 3 days since I've started this thread to get my money back. Maybe it is just a coincidence, but anyway I would like to end this thread the way I've opened it, saying thanks to 2+2 community to help my voice be heard. And to be fair, also thanks to Lock Poker, who dimostrate to pay attention to his online presence.

¡Hasta pronto! Have a nice summer!
