I just made a deposit on lock and used the bonus code "THEFUTURE" . It gave me a message that said the code was redeemed, yet im still not seeing it listed under bonuses. Anyone know how to claim this?

I emailed support when I forgot to input the bonus code. They fixed it for me in 20 minutes

Seriously guys, use email support or live chat. They are way way better now and frequently back to you right away.

Yeh shane sorted this out for me on skype quickly, say what u want about lock shane really does try hard and do his job well. Not being a fanboy just being honest.
