HELP WITH LOCK ACCOUNT - SHANE/SOMEONE HELP WITH LOCK ACCOUNT - SHANE/SOMEONE

01-31-2013 , 12:34 PM
Hi, I have a identity-verified account - kwill0601@yahoo.com - and received a payout via this account at least a year ago. Recently I downloaded the Lock software again and wanted to get back active on the site. Somehow I remembered my login information and was able to access my vault. I downloaded the Mac software, logged in, and was given the error code that is associated with "fraudulent" players. I have never done anything to give reason for dishing this "code" out to me, and I also read on this forum that a lot of players experienced the same thing and that (according to i'mjustshane), it was an error. Well, I would like to get this error resolved and transfer my balance from my new account to kwill0601@yahoo.com if this is the easier route.

I mentioned my NEW account - kwill7x@gmail.com - that I created because of the error code i was mentioning. Lock let me make an initial deposit, I downloaded the software, logged on, chose my avatar and nickname, THEN I was given the message, "There are too many accounts associated with this address". I don't know what the problem is, and the security team has apparently been contacted, but I expect it to take a long time for a response. Basically, I just want to get on my new account and play poker and transfer my identity verification to this account OR just have the error code cleared from my old account - kwill0601@yahoo.com. Could someone PLEASE help me with this who works for Lock security, Lock support, or is affiliated with them in some way and/or has some connections with Lock? I understand I need to be patient but I contacted Lock last night and just really do not understand why there is not a person to speak with on the phone in order to resolve matters. I think Lock would be much more reputable and easier to deal with if you could speak to a cashier or support representative who could also transfer you to the security team support line. It just makes sense. Bovada at LEAST has a cashier phone number. I know Lock has a # but you won't get a person on the other end, nor will they call you back. Again, I am trying to be patient but feel like it will be days and days, possibly weeks, before I get some assistance or get one of my accounts cleared. Forgive my long message.

Thanks,

Kevin W.
