I just installed lock on my Win 7 laptop. I exceed by far all of their requirements. When I run the client, I get some splash screen (which of course I don't want) of some douchebag in a white suit. There's no login screen. I have to click on some rolling marquee that lists tournaments to make anything happen.

All of the normal Windows controls (minimize, close, etc) are not on the window. The response from Lock Pokers support has been to send me the system requirements repeatedly.

I'm guessing that this happens only to new users since they don't seem to be aware of it.
