This is my first post on 2+2. I decided to join the forum because I found it to be way more active than Lock's customer service options.

I tried depositing money yesterday on Lock using a Money Gram transfer. I followed the specific deposit instructions and included all of the correct info on the transfer. After submitting the deposit info to Lock with the Money Gram reference number, my deposit never posted to my Lock account.

I contacted Lock support and they informed me that the Money Gram information was wrong and I needed to change the receiver's name on the transaction. I went back to the original Money Gram location and changed the name at the location. I then called Money Gram customer service to confirm that the change had been made and they confirmed the change had been made.

I contacted Lock support 3 different times and I got the same response. Lock said that I needed to change the name on the transaction to the correct each time. I told them that the name change had already taken place. One Lock service rep did say that they would pass the info on to the Cashier Manager and my account would be credited in the next two hours. I still have not received any funds in my account.

Have any of you guys had similar situations? How did you get the issue resolved? If any Lock staff see this post, then I'd greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

How did they resolve your problem? I just deposited through Money Gram, came back to input the deposit information into my browser about 20 minutes later and the money gram page timed out on me. The problem is, when I went back the name of the person receiving the deposit had changed. I did not just want to send it through when the name was not matched. (By the way, why do they all have 3 names). I degress, nonetheless, I thought there might be a couple of different people doing this so I decided to keep going back to this page until the name of the person I was giving popped up again. After about 4 times, it said I reached the limit to the number of deposits allowed.

So I have money stuck in Money Gram world and I cant get it to this person. Of course, Lock does not have any rep answering the phone at 8pm pacific time. I hope this want a mistake and not a donation to some random Nicaraguan person. Any info you can give to helping me get on and playing would be great.

Well, I tried to complete the Money Gram transaction this evening. Again, it gave me another person other than the person I made the Money Gram out to just like what happened to the OP. I made reference to my original Trace ID and entered in the Money Gram number but does anyone know what I am supposed to do at this point to access my money and start playing? I have sent a number of emails without any reply or action on my account.

I'm new to lock & the forums and am having problems with depositing also. How much does money gram charge if I send $100? Is there another option? I hear some say they've had luck with a prepaid vanilla visa card, so I may try that too.

I deposited to Lock about the middle of March. Used western union to deposit $125. Had no problems, money was there about an hour later. I think it cost $12. Maybe try them instead of money gram
