The network gave me te following update on the changes:

After feedback from all of the rooms on the network a change has been made so that Fair Play has been lifted within each roomsso all players from every room can view and play against all players from that room.

So each room has their own tables that have no restrictions AND network wide tables that fall under Fair Play?

However it really is the following are the results. It is not me.

I was on a 20 hour grind , on about 4 9max nlhe 1/2 tables and a mix of 100/200plo and then my client automatically shut down on me with some kinda error. So i come back and i literally have no games to choose from . all the tables i were previously on moments prior are all gone. Now i cant even continue my grind . i dont understand this BS , i dont get how its fair at all . i pay rake . i wanna play at some damn tables and not be micro-managed.

Everyone should obviously be able to play with anybody they want at their own skill level , we are all adults here . if we a table lineup is too tough , there are different games to choose from . i got 2 **** tables to choose from on the whole site !!!!!

I cant even grind now !!!! and im 2nd in the rake race , wtttf.

If Lock wanted to be separate from all the other rooms why didn't they just open up their own instead of crapping up the Cake network?

Can you confirm that all omaha Hi lo games have been segregated? I played 15-30 to 30-60 an have not seen a player playing in months.

If this is absolutely true, then this is basically a net negative concept to the poker system as it pools a group of real good players with the less skilled players. Ahhh, basically cannibalizing each skins new growth from within so they cant survive in the revolution family. Pretty clever thinking, hoping to absorb vulnerable skins players in the long run.

The Lock cut and run will 100% happen if the downward spiral continues.

imo if Lock would have went for a "hit and run" with the money, they would have done so already with deposits coming in from people drawn in from the Grind for Glory WSOP promo's etc. and they wouldn't have paid those out so fast. They did pay out all so far already, though, so really don't think so.

Do think they are making a big mistake here. (and an even bigger mistake not anticipating faster and scratching it altogether after the obvious results)

being paid out into your cashier, and being paid out with checks / WU /etc is totally different.

The cashouts were expedited and have arrived already.

Why in the world would anyone think that it's a good idea for a network where it's already way too difficult to find tables to make it so that it's even more difficult to find tables?

And how is it that there are still people who run poker rooms that are so stupid as to believe that the pros are bad for them?

Guess what happens when you segregate the top 10%? They leave. Then you end up with a new top 10%, and you segregate them. And then they leave. Then you end up with a new top 10%, and you segregate them... You'll end up with no players within a year.

This is actually worse for the network and the skins than it is for the players, lololololol.

Mccormick, do you think you can explain a little more how the expedite worked? Like you won a package and you took the cash value right? And how was it sent and did they tell you they were going to expedite it or did you have to ask for that? Also you would be the only one that received this right, since you were the only one that received a prize that month? And last question have you received any info on how they are going to give you the 5k seat from last month?

The pros are bad if you can't pay anybody. It seems a lot of you are missing this point.

It doesn't matter. There will always be winners. You just change who the winners are.

This is just pure speculation, but it seems that, if you were a network with money problems and not a lot of regard for your player base, a good way to start raking it in after separating the sharks from the fish would then be to unleash your own house sharks/bots into the fishy games. Give them a different screen name everyday and nobody will be the wiser, and vacuum up all the easy money. Perhaps a bit far-fetched, but I wouldn't put anything past a shady poker site operator these days. No idea how anyone would ever be able to detect it though, since anyone competent would have no way to actually play in the fishy games.

Wow, seems to me if he wants to answer 'em questions that's his biz even though its really none of yours. If he got them to expedite a pmt to him its probably equal parts in how he communicates his desires and n equal part influence he can exert do to whatever status he's earned through his play or more importantly what they perceive that status to be. I might be wrong, as I most often am, but you seem to be holding whatever "kudos" he has earned/coerced from Lock against him...perhaps 'cause you don't/aren't able to exact the same attention from them. Why?

LOL what are you talking about? First of all he can answer my questions if he wants. That's what a forum is used for, people ask questions and people answer questions. Also if he didn't want anyone to know that he got his cash out expedited he would have never posted it. From what I have seen of his past post he is very helpful and is willing to talk about any of his experiences with lock. And yeah maybe I'm a little mad that they will payout promo money before money that I make playing poker, but I would think everyone should be mad about that.

LOL, like i said, its his biz to answer if he chooses?? By the way, how much do you have currently on Lock? How much is pending withdrawal? You an overall winner the past year (i'm not, btw?) What bank do you keep your winnings in? Yes, even if I didn't know what a forum was used for, my dictionary could explain it to me and only answer whatever you so choose although I honestly don't care what the answers may be. Myself, I choose to be angry with those I feel are more responsible than myself for whatever is driving the anger...perhaps Lock for example, and cheer those that were able to get their money off already whether "expedited" or not. I'd be more likely to ask a question such as "hey man, could you share how you did it 'cause I'm a tad worried 'bout my cash" rather than insinuating, innuendo bound ones that beat around the bush. Oh, to answer your question, that's what I'm talking about.
