Does it help to complain?? Does it help to complain??

I have remained silent about my cash out that is only two months old and still in the request phase. Seems silly to complain when others are waiting much longer. I also assumed that emailing support and Shane would only slow things down etc...

However, it seems that some people on this site and others that complain enough get their money faster.

Should I start emailing support and Shane to try and get it pushed through?
Is it beneficial to be an annoying customer in hopes that one of them will not ignore me and randomly decide to get it pushed through?

Or

Do I continue to stay silent and hope that my money eventually comes?

Shane definitely has a list of all the people who complain and he tries to get their cashouts expedited.

It has to be better than just waiting quietly, but how much better is debatable.

I think it depends on the amount of your request. I personally have never seen anyone complain about a max cash out, and receive it any faster. But, I have seen many cases where smaller cash outs have gotten "expedited" for threatening, berating, or simply being persistent with lock support/live chat.

I did not remain silent about my cashout (emailed 'reminded' them about it) and I received it in just under 3 months. However that's just my instance..

I email support every few days, emailed shane, pm'd shane, pm'd dakota on CC.... Still waiting on WU withdraw from 2/19. Nothing seems to help.

I pretty much did the same, except after 9 weeks, and I was still the requested state I canceled and sold.

I do not think it helps.

OP. Yes, you should complain. Best would be if you add your pending cashout to the relevant thread.

Dakota made it clear that she won't assist "new CC" members. The stuff going on on CC is ridiculous anyway but at least they get a ton of new registrations and host a weekly $500 freeroll on Lock now for their players...

I believe maintaining communication with Lock support and Shane helps the process of getting paid. The process will clearly be difficult though.

I'm sure she is exaggerating, but she said she has received over 200 pms about cashout request help.

Helps to complain op but I think people who have been waiting longer get priority and as you said you have only been waiting 2 months.

I doubt the exaggeration, prob just a lot of same people spamming over and over.
