I can't get either Poker Tracker or Hold Em Manager to work properly with Lock. They both have the SAME issue (which leads me to believe it has to do with how Lock formats it's HH and is hopefully fixable)

The problem is that they BOTH import all the hands I participate in except the hands I win!



In anycase does anyone know how to fix this?

i use HEM. it works fine.

HEM has been working fine for most of us. Make sure you have the latest version. Like ag1 mentioned, try the support thread.

I'm using HM2 and have also used PT4 with Lock/Revolution. They both work fine in general, but the Cake/Revolution HH format leaves something to be desired. It doesn't contain some details that are present in most sites' HH's, so the tracker has to try and infer things that it sometimes gets wrong. One example I've run into is an incorrect finish position for some DONs. Sort your tournament tab results to look for any 0-place finishes, I get those every so often and have to manually enter results. I first noticed the problem when my winrate was way off in the negative direction, and I found about 30 or so DONs that were imported as 0-place finishes. All affected games were won, but it didn't happen consistently with all won games, just a subset of them. In my case it amounted to over $1000 in unreported winnings.

It will also sometimes come up with what appears to be a completely random payout amount for an ITM finish for a regular STT, e.g. it might record a payout of 147.32 when it should have been 183.69 or something similar.

Those gripes aside, they have affected less than 10% of games played, so overall it works pretty well.

I use HM1 and it works fine.
