WU reports my money was picked up on 27 Aug. It's 10 Sep and still not deposited to my account. Emails to support now go unanswered.

He'll look into it for you but don't expect anything to happen.
Days will pass, weeks will pass, even months will pass and then when you ask for an update....you'll be ignored.

I hope I'm wrong....but that's what has been my experience.

54 days today since my first attempt to withdraw 7K via Skrill.

Lots of encouraging responses from Shane but still no money and now no response to why promises haven't materialized.

Got another apology from Elle at support saying they are sorting it out with WU. Same story 2 weeks ago.

As of today still no deposit. I sent them a screen shot from WU that shows it was picked up by their person. Either deposit my money or put it back on WU. It's not that friggin hard. I don't understand what the problem is.

Received another email saying it was rejected because it was in pesos instead of dollars. I can't change it because the money has already been picked up. Why don't you understand this! I sent them another screenshot confirming this. Either deposit my money or return it to me. It's not that hard.

Got this message this morning


Our Western Union Processer had asked for proof of payment receival form and ID of the receiver. You just need to request this from Western Union which will confirm all transaction details. I am afraid this is necessary for further investigation.


So I guess providing the screenshot from WU showing it was picked up from the name they gave me is not "proof" enough? Now I have to jump through hoops with WU to ensure it went to the right guy?
