I have a deposit problem where I attempted to put 200 in my lock account using my credit card on the night of 06/30 PST. The cashier screen lagged on the verifying window (computer did not freeze, connection did not drop) and did not proceed to transaction result screen. In checking my cc activity they debited the amount but did not transfer it to my lock account.

I have emailed support numerous times and rizen once regarding this issue and containing account info and screen shots of account activity.

I enjoy playing on lock and have never had any issue with depositing until now. In reading other posts on 2+2 similar deposit issues around the same time/date have been reported ( posts from "mattdamon" and "timhorton")

Hopefully somebody at lock can provide a prompt resolution to this serious issue.

I have yet to see mine fixed I sent in the screenshots of my visa account a few days ago still waiting.
