i made a minimum deposit a few months ago...
now, i have nearly enough in my account to cashout on the casino side... if i were to make a deposit to cover the little bit i am short, plus the the $25 that ill get reimbursed for, will i then immediately be able to cashout? or is there some sort of play through rule?

ok, i did this, and its seems to have worked. in the casino, my cashout says its "requested"... at what point should/can I ask about the reimbursement of my $25 fee?

Your cashout should show "In Progress" in a few days and you should receive a confirmation email from the Lock Casino.

Once this happens, I would forward that information to support@lockpoker.com and support@lockcasino.com and explain to them that you were charged for your first withdrawal of the month.

my casino (mentioned above) withdrawal has been at "authorized" status for about a week now...i was just wondering, is this normal? i was hoping by using this method i'd get to see my winnings sometime soon

It was taking ~48 hrs but it's been taking a little longer the last couple of weeks as more people have figured out to request cash outs on the casino side. Quite honestly yours will be close based on what I've been seeing the last week or so. I wouldn't expect it to go out until the 7/25 batch and be pleasantly surprised if it goes out 7/18.

I requested a week before you and I'm still at "authorized" ...
