Of course, screwed by lock poker deposit once again Of course, screwed by lock poker deposit once again

Attempted to deposit $50 with a credit card.

Connection timed out.

Tried again.

Connection timed out.

Tried again.

Connection timed out.

Deposited money on another site to play on instead.

Then what do you know... those transactions that NEVER WENT THROUGH... magically were debited from my account but NOT put in my lock account. Even if they had, I don't WANT them in there, because I deposited to ANOTHER site instead when LOCK WASN'T WORKING.

So whoever can fix this.. please get it done. I will be PMing whoever I find. I want this debited back to my bank account TODAY or will be reporting the transactions as FRAUD, as that is WHAT THEY ARE.

Send an email to support.

You can PM too if you want... But you need to send email to support. Include the screenshot of your bank-screen showing this happened because they will need this.

I pm'd a lock rep with info

I emailed support twice, with screen shots and info

and i tried calling both their numbers

of course the first one just says leave a msg, which i did

the other number for 'emergency' blah blah just has a busy signal 100% of the time.

Go figure.

No responses at all yet. From anyone.

Terra, look at my thread. they will just put the money into your lock account weeks later, instead of back into your bank account

And Shane will spew off unrelated answers

They put it in my lock account, it gets reported as fraud. Simple as that. Because that's what it is. I have an email from them now saying that they 'have no record of the transactions on their end' yet it clearly came outa my bank account. Would love to get some xtra free $ in restitution and hardship after filing a fraudulent claim and suing. Shutting them down for good, unless they want to fess up to their mistakes. Telling me they 'have no record of the transaction' hahah, yeah right. Make it right, and no harm comes. Continue on your path, and you'll be out of business. Bullshtting over a few hundred bucks when they make tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars a DAY? Oh please. Greedy greedy greedy.

Was this today? The charges could just be pending if it was today. I'm on your side, just trying to confront reality and play devil's advocate.

They can't see the charges when it happens at the processor's end. Lol at "suing." Come on dude.

Yes, this situation with lock is unacceptable. But bringing "suing" into the discussion is idiotic. Calm down and apprach this with some amount of rationality.

It's completely rational.

If they are honestly going to tell me that they have noooo clue what I'm talking about, when they clearly have taken the money out of my account through this 'known issue' - then yeah, I'll go to great lengths to get it taken care of.

My guess is that its just their first response, in an effort to make an xtra few bucks because some people are pushovers and say, 'oh, well.. guess theres nothing I can do about it'

then when that doesn't work, they'll prolly say they're 'looking into it'

then ask for some kind of proof, a screenshot from my bank statement or something

then they'll try to put it in my lock account, which i won't accept

then they'll finally credit my bank back.

All, stupid, bs steps they take to try to scam people out of their money. No1 in this world can ever be happy making money the honest way.

Hey Alex,

I can see in the support system that you have sent everything we need and made it very clear that you want the funds pushed back to your card. The cashier manager will take care of this as soon as they come online this morning.

Just to make sure they take care of this before anything else today I have reached out to them as well.

Its worth mentioning to contact your bank after we push through the refund to your card, some banks arent very quick to process these and return your funds to you.

Heres an update:

After sending them a SCREENSHOT of my bank statement, showing their info as it always appears and has appeared in the past... they came back to me saying that...

The transactions were 'not from them'

Then, they tell me, in writing, that the transactions from a week ago (when i deposited) WERE from them. So I called my bank. They were able to verify that it was the same authorization on each transaction. OOPS LOCK, YOU ****ED UP.

Then lock says.. nope, we have no record of those transactions at all.

So.. I filed claims through my bank for fraud. And am awaiting a response from some higher-ups as to what kind of case I could have to take it a step further.

The only way to get them to be more honest, and appreciate their customer base.. increase their customer service.. and do the things they say...

is to take action

to get a group of people together, and spread the word...

To say hey

Screw this site, lets go somewhere else.

Someone has to make a difference.
