Not cool that they aren't sending out tracking emails when they say they will. I have no clue what is going on with my check.

I have only received one check that came without a tracking number so I doubt that is going to be a permanent problem.

Also, the FedEx man will leave a note after the first missed delivery and after that you can just leave a signed document on the door so he drops it off the following business day.

I got my first two just fine, one with a tracking #, one without.

The second two are still just In Progress and have been for longer than I expected. I think there was mention of a minor delay...

mine has been " in progress " since july 4th also. Messaged support and rizen and getting no response. Anyone got answers?

I was told checks went out today, and that another batch will be going out on Friday. If anyone has a check that's been pending for a week or longer and still shows up as 'in progress' in their cashier can contact me via PM with their lock username and e-mail address I'll follow up on the status and do everything I can to make sure it goes out Friday.

Just an echo, but I requested a check July 2 and on July 4th status changed to in progress. I was kinda expecting a note from Fedex on my door yesterday but did not see one.

Hoping I get one this week and my other check I requested two days ago gets sent out Friday.

What are the currrent wait times on funds requested from the Casino vs. Poker sides of things?

I think for most people the casino side is around 2 weeks, poker side is closer to 6 weeks. Ive gotten 2 checks from the casino side, and both took less than 2 weeks.

Jw if others that requested a withdrawal around the 1st if your checks have been sent out yet or not. I requested the first shows n the account history it got approved the 2nd and i was just told that it wouldnt be sent out till the 18th.

so how would one put funds on the "casino" side or is it just the same balance, just a different request form?

Switching funds over is very simple. If you are logged into the poker client, click on the tab that says "Casino" and it will then open up a browser which will let you transfer your funds back and forth as much as you want. Then, just click withdrawal and go through the process once you are logged into the casino side. Let me know if you have further questions, thanks.

Hey Ebes, I just did this and requested cashout from casino. I received an email from a third party stating that they will review my request and contact me via email when the payout has been processed.

My question is: I've looked around the poker/casino client and I cannot a record of the transaction anywhere. Is there somewhere on the client where I can see the transaction and track the process? If so, please let me know how I may access it. Thanks.

If you click the casino tab and then 'withdraw' on the money transfer screen it will take you to a cashier page where on the left hand side there should be a '1 pending payout' hyperlink. click that and it will show the status detail.
