my check was processed 3/20
PEOPLE THAT PROCESSED THEIR CHECKS ON 3/27 ARE RECEIVING THEIR CHECKS AND CASHING THEM.

LOCK SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP TO ME AT THIS POINT. THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS. ALL I GET IS LOCK SAYING THAT THE CHECK WAS SENT.
YET I SEE NOTHING.. IS THAT SOME SORT OF MAGIC TRICK I DONT KNOW ABOUT RIZEN?

IVE EMAILED YOU SEVERAL TIMES YET ALL YOU DO IS REFFER ME TO LOCK SUPPORT AND THEY GET ME NOWHERE. IM RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES AND I WANT TO SHOOT MYSELF.

no reply from support, can they just talk to the processor and tell them to cancel my check, supposedly my check is having difficulties because of easter? ok.. theyve had all this time to cancel the check and refund my lock account yet they get me nowhere saying that it should be sent soon.
Does lock support understand english? This is ridiculous ive couldve had my funds back on lock so i could be playing some poker instead im emailing like a freaking secretary to you and support. This is getting me nowhere rizen.

you would think that they would have told the check processor to cancel all this time that they had to do so, yet they say they are waiting for response from the check processor? All i want is to play on lock , and have my funds back on my account, is that so hard to ask for.

Am i the only one here that thinks that other people wayyyyyyyyyyy after me that got their checks processed on 3/27 4/8 4/18, their already cashing in their checks. whilst im left here high and dry. my check was processed 3/23. There are people here waiting for checks longer than me and it makes me sick that randoms that processed their checks after me are happily skipping to the bank and cashing their checks.

Enough rambling, after a couple of weeks of not getting a clear answer from lock i asked support if they just cancelled my check and credited my poker account instead i got a bunch of b.s.

heres a good one that i like, they need to get the check returned in order to put the funds back into my account. umm.. unless you have sent an invisible check how the heck can it be returned? You dont even tell me when the check was delivered; if it was delivered, you just give me vague answers like; "my check was part of the easter batch and your having a problem with that batch". Please oh please lord give me strength . When in fact you have had all this time to talk to the check processor to cancel my check. One would think your support team would have done this. Yet they have failed to provide half decent customer service at best.

I feel sorry for the people waiting longer then me, maybe its the ammount of the checks, but personally i dont know im just quite irritated that i have to email you multiple times, in fact it seems like lock support has dissapeared on me... Any answers to my dilemma other then the vague hocus pocus stuff would really help rizen and shane. I believe you already have my lock username if you need it just message me.
