I have not yet deposited on my Lock account....and I was wondering since I live in usa but plan moving to rosarito mexico... Would be better Idea to wait to start it in mexico or better to start playing in usa......If I deposited in usa would I have a problem cashing in mexico? please help

why even deal with lock if you are moving to mexico? Play stars

Wait til you get to Mexico. If you verify now while in the US you'll have to do it again in Mexico if you want faster, easier withdrawals than what you'll get in the States. When you get to Mexico get a USD Moneybookers account and withdraw to Moneybookers, then find a low vig swap for whatever banking method you choose.
