Cashing out Fees Cashing out Fees

To clarify ...

Cashing out via the poker client is $15 and through the casino side is $25. Since July 1st, does either cashout fee get waived the first time around? I understand that all cash-outs after the first one will have those fees associated with them.

^^This. Thanks, Rizen.

I'm hearing conflicting reports. The person I can get a definitive answer from is on PST and as soon as they're on line I'll make sure I get a definitive answer.

Okay, here is the deal on the checks. For the time being, the FIRST check request of every month is still free, so it's back to the EXACT way it was before. At some point in the very near future it is going to become a part of the VIP program and scale to the levels.

By that I mean that at a certain VIP level you'll get a free check, and at higher levels you'll get more free checks, with Black Elite most likely never paying a check fee. It is not clearly defined yet, and I asked that until we can CLEARLY define it as a part of the VIP program that we continue with the status quo and they agreed.

Also, I asked that 'free' checks be put as an item in the online store for those of you that are still on rake back and don't want to be on the VIP program, but I have no confirmation on when it would be available or how many points it would cost yet.

Summary:

1) first check of the month is still free, on either side but not both. IE if you request a check through poker on July 1st and one on Casino July 2nd your poker check is 'free' and your casino one costs $25, if you were to do the reverse order the casino would be 'free' and the poker side would cost $15. I put 'free' in quotes because it is a reimbursement of the fees, so sometimes I feel like the word free is a bit misleading.

2) This will transition to the VIP program soon, still to be defined, but some users will get no free checks at the lowest levels and at the highest will get multiple.

3) rake back users will most likely have the ability to 'buy' free checks in the online store.

By way of edit: and I literally *JUST* informed support of this change, so if there is any conflict right now what I'm saying here is accurate and feel free to forward me any conflicting information.

This is great news, another positive move to benefit the players.

Eric,

Thanks for the clarification. Needless to say, we were all surprised to receive the e-mail stating that the "promotion" was no longer valid. One suggestion/request, though: Is it possible to have the first check actually be free? That way, no e-mail to support is necessary to get the $25 refund. This would make it easier on the players and it would also reduce the volume of e-mails to support.

I will check but without asking my guess would be that this would require some re-programming of the logic in the cashier. While we can definitely do that, I know our programming team is stretched pretty thin right now AND we're going to be making changes to the logic soon for the VIP program.

I'm hoping at some point this can be done and we're working on adding to the team right now, but I couldn't even begin to guess a time frame at this moment.

Rizen, this is awesome news and goes a long way to restoring my faith in you guys. Thanks again.

Good news for sure. Here is a technical question - when is my first check considered....when i request it or when it gets processed? For instance i put in a check on about the 22nd on the casino side. on the 29th it moved to "in progress". I don't know whether or not it actually processed in Thursdays batch. If it doesn't process until Monday was that my first check of June or my first check of July?

If you want my opinion, date requested should be the trigger of "first free of month" since we can't control when you guys actually do process.

I will confirm, but I'm nearly positive it is request date that is considered.

How and when do I get reimbursed for the cashout fee? How long does it take? Is there a record of the reimbursement that I can see once it happens?

1 cheque a month for micros or is there a cash amount limit. This will be a deciding factor on me downloading this client as I am currently looking for two or three new providers.
Considering my withdrawals will be minimal paying for cheques is not an option.

Email support and ask, it's usually done relatively quickly (by that I mean like ~24 hours). It is usually put into your vault so I assume it shows up in the transaction history but honestly I will have to ask.

The minimum check withdrawal is $150 on the casino side for a check by courier. On the poker side the minimum is $100. As of right now the first check of every month is free, at some point in the near future that is going to change though and become based on your VIP level. I don't know exactly what that is going to look like yet but you can find more info on the VIP program here:

http://www.lockpoker.eu/vip

If you don't play enough to make at least the minimum level (white) then free checks will most likely not be available to you in the future.
