Can everyone participate in the Rakechase?

I am just wondering if everyone can participate in the rakechase? Mainly cause it shows that I am at $0 for the month for the rakechase. Not that there was any prizes left till $600 rake and fees. Was no where near that but wanted to know if it is still tracking or I am ineligible.

Everyone can participate, yes, just rake away.
Do remember, for each prize, you need to add the rake requirement of all previous levels together to find out what the total rake requirement is.
