Hello,

Please note that before we can payout via Skrill/MB, a deposit via Skrill/MB must be done first. This is a necessary Security step to verify your E-wallet. You just need to deposit the minimum of $25, and you are free to request your entire balance including the deposit.

If you have any questions at all, please let us know.
Many thanks,

Mary

Is it really that big of a deal to just do this? :s I think most sites will require you to withdraw using the method you depositted.

its insane man!

i deposited using creditcard but i can't withdraw using a Creditcard

they told me to try another method so i opened up a skrill account, now they want me to deposit when my account LP is already closed.

life's a bitch! i have been depositing and playing on the site for about a month and now i find out they don't even pay their customers and even if they do it takes months.

LP is shady is ****!

You clearly did no research on the site before depositing. But one thing goes wrong and you come to 2+2 to complain. If you're looking to blame someone then don't forget yourself and the doj.

Just sell the funds @ .70 in the xfer thread.

Your withdraw isn't large yet the perceived headache Lock is causing you is, so why not sell and be done with it and move on and invest your emotions and time elsewhere?

Also, in before OP is a U.S. player who opened a Skrill account.

i emailed support and asked them to reopen my account and xfer the funds back into my account so i can sell it on here.. but they said my payment is being handed over to cashier department.

hopefully i will hear back from them soon

i am Canadian btw

so basically you post a thread saying they stole your money yet you were just so impatient to even give them any time to process the withdraw?

Am I reading this correctly?

Why would you play at Lock anyway if you aren't from the US?

Actually, it sounds like he's more upset at what support told him not being correct. Granted he should have known you can't withdraw to there without depositing from there first...but, they're the support and they should have guided him correctly also. Given my last 24 hours pouring over their emails, I find his frustration quite understandable given how they actually respond to things. I soothe my mind with "probably a language barrier" kind of thing. But, they do do their best to even shake that belief.

The deposit with an ewallet before cashing out with that ewallet is a rule thats enforced by the processors not by us.

Its been discussed before and while we understand its very annoying, we cant over-ride the rule so we just have to abide by it.
