I tried to deposit $110 on Lock on November 2 through their recommended Mastercard deposit option - ECMC. A few hours later I got a declined email back from Lock. A pending charge of $115.84 showed up on my card. On November 6, the charge showed up as a regular charge. I contacted ECMC via their live support (only option) and was told "the charge will be credited back to your card in 24-48 hours"

It had not been credited back 3 days later, so I tried to contact ECMC and Lock. Lock asked for screenshots of ECMC and CC accounts. I sent and they forwarded them to ECMC. I finally was able to contact live support again at ECMC today and was told that it will take 15 days to credit the $$. I asked why I was told 8 days ago it would be 24-48 hours and was told that it will just take 15 days because it takes that long.

Contacted my CC today and they are refunded the charges, but I also have to file a formal complaint.

Money disappears with some deposits through ECMC.
ECMC gives you the run around and never refunds $$.
Lock Support tries to help but gets no where either.
Have to file a fraud charge claim to get $$ back.

This happened to me as well a few months ago. Just show Lock the bank screenshots once the charge clears and they will credit the money to your Lock account. That's what happened for me anyway.

ECMC seems fine to me and they dont charge extra like CC charges you on Lock when you make a deposit/

It's been 3 weeks and ecmc never refunded my money or replied to my refund request. My bank has credited me the $$ after I filed a fraud claim.

They may seem fine to you, but I would look into other methods. I'm surprised Lock is still using them.

I see you live in the US. How did you get around explaining to your CC company that you were making a poker site deposit?

All you have to do is deposit on ECMC first then go to lock deposit page and deposit the funds you want from ECMC..... You can deposit as low as you want I think this is just great you can deposit $10 if you want, or even $3 I think that is great for players that cannot deposit $25 dollars just think it is good for Lock and low stakes players.

It looks like the signs were there between Lock/ECMCpal 6 months ago.

I'm glad my experience with Lock/ECMC caused me to give up on their site.
