Auto top-up/incorrect balance problems Auto top-up/incorrect balance problems

Hey guys, i need help. I just played a 17 hour session between friday night and saturday afternoon EST, during this session i played 8.3k hands. I had $1600 in my account prior to starting the session, after the session pt3 says i'm -$336. I made $205 in rakeback, but when i left my last table earlier, and i waited 3 hours to give balance a chance to update my balance says $981.

Now, I'm no math genius, but 1600-336+205 doesn't appear to be 981.

I don't use auto top-up due to the thread i saw back in November, but when i get into a flip or i get a combo draw all in on the flop, before the hand is over, no matter what, i just press buy chips and reload just in case i lose, so i can start next hand w/ 100bb. probably pretty standard.

but my theory is, when i did win my flips or hit my FD, does the lock error that comes up sometimes eat the buy in??? thats all i can think of, because this just doesn't make ANY sense.

I've contacted support and they are really pretty useless.

they sent me the excel spreadsheet of the last 2 days, but i don't know how to prove the error here. has anyone else had issues recently? I cant just be missing $500 from my account, wtf is going on?

i need help, what should i do? i'm too scared to play until i get this solved. also, ive not exactly slept much, i might be delusional, but im 99% sure this isn't my miscalculation and its a site error.

Pull your history from Lock's admin page and meticulously compare it to your Pt3 database. They split your buy-ins and cash-outs down to the individual table and time just like Pt3 does.
