Ronin isnt worth nearly as much as it seems if u dont rake thousands per month. Also deposit and reload bonuses still require u to generate tons of rake. I had $400 in bonuses and only got about $150 of it despite generating hundreds in rake

It appears Lock is willing to take a loss the few months or even the first year to get their Network off the ground. But make no mistake about it, they are using our deposits to float this gamble.

The Ronon improvements thread I started had a lot of players going, "shhh I'm making about 100% RB, everything is fine". I don't want to see one of these players complaining about depositing thousands of dollar (to get awesome depsit bonus) if Lock goes under.

I guage the speed at which they are doing cashouts as a health checkup for the site. When the cashout delay increases, it tells me they are purposefully dragging their feet and holding on to OUR money for as long as possible to float the running of the poker site.

Lock Poker is definitely a risk/reward play right now. No where else are you going to get this high a RB %. But as many have pointed out the site therefore isn't making much money and possibly running in the red because over 100% RB is possible.

I play only cash so completely forgot this.


True but these players are not the ones that make Lock money.

Yes...Ronin starts again at level 1. As far as I know, you don't need to be verified to do player transfers. I have made a few to new players.

Be really nice if we were actually able to collect on the rakeback and deposit bonuses we had in place on Merge.

Lots of questions and flames in here so just going to try and hit them all with a general response instead of replying to them all individually.

Firstly when you add Ronin to your possible rakeback you have to remember that not every player gets every prize. By the prizes being limited at each level we ensure we arent giving away the house.

As someone else pointed out this level of promotion wont continue quite at this level forever its more a thank you for our players for sticking with us through this period.

Deposits most certainly are not being used to fund promotions. Player funds are 100% segregated, any processing delays are delays related to processors. Thanks to using 3rd party processors we dont have direct control over this process so occasionally there are delays which are out of our hands.

The new support is definitely in place and we are already seeing improvements on our end, a few players are already noticing better response rates and players will continue to see these improvements as they clear through the backlog of issues in the support system.

Is there a reason the prizes can't be cut in half for the players with rb instead of the fee's being doubled which pretty much ko's most rb players out of the race before it starts?

Seems like a fun promo and one that would keep me motivated to grind, but since i have rakeback it's pretty much pointless.

Thats a great promotion, and i knocked out a pro this sunday, but i have not recieved the $500 yet.

When I was a rakeback player (couple of weeks ago), it cleared like you said - for each level I get a half of the prize.

Be nice if Lock provided some real support on the forums. I mean really i would ninja answer questions for 10 bucks an hour if they hired me. No reason they can't have someone doing this.

Does the time expire on the bonus that isn't being cleared? Example:

Currently clearing "Deposit Bonus A"
I deposit now, creating a "Deposit Bonus B"
It takes me the whole 120 days to clear Deposit Bonus A
When Deposit Bonus B kicks in, do I still have 120 days to clear it?

On really every other site you get a fresh new bonus, with the full same duration, i can't imagine it being any different here.

YES. i have two active right now...one is 96 days and other 120 days till expired

^ what i meant to say is deposit "b" countdown starts when u actually deposit...this kinda sucks because it can expire before u have the chance to clear it because you are clearing deposit "a"
