...emails and PM's to shane and support go unanswered....

about a month now waiting for my WU cashout refund

AND

support is supposed to issue me tourney tickets for compromised mtts 7/8/2012 in what they said would be 72 hours, it has now been a week.

no response from support@lock, shane@lock or shane PMs here. multiple messages sent to all three places with no response. im generating hundreds in rake, c'mon people. where is the love?

i disagree, the site is not a joke at all. i like everything except the support. cashout was smooth, took 2 weeks, which is fine. everything else is great.

all we need is support support support

It looks like the first post states he is waiting for the 10% WU fee refund. His cashout took two weeks.
