Hey, Looking for some help here.

Everytime I hit "Cashier" I get the window pop up, and the login screen comes up and asks me to log in and it shows the message "Account Held. Please Contact Support for details"

Now I can then login, check everything, and still play. Just wondering why I would be getting this message? I contacted support through e-mail no reply.

I did have a transfer cancelled, only because GC I was trading for funds was not activated in the store and so he cancelled til I got it squared away.

Must be some bug because i had the exact same happen. Didn't really "do" anything, though just like you said.. could play as normal etc.

Is this still happening for you both?

It's not happening for me anymore, but it was some oddity.. support told me to restart my PC when it happened, but just restarting the Lock client actually fixed it.

Yeh I've had the bug where it makes me login to cashier during my session as well. Yesterday, I noticed it had the acct held message at bottom in addition to requiring me to type my email, pw. For me it's web browser only error, I don't have any problems logging in through the software, and after I type in my info it allows me to access the cashier. Also the web browser is sporadic in forcing me to retype my info. I use dual screens and have noticed that it happens more often when my browser pops up on the other screen. Also happens more often after software been idle, but all these things can just be coincidence. TBH its really a non issue for me assuming that its just a bug. But I am curious how many other people noticed it.

Hello.. I just noticed the same thing. I clicked cashier and at the bottom it says "Account has been held. Please contact customer support for more details." I'm still able to log in to my account and all that, but i certaintly don't like seeing that on the screen,lol. Hopefully, when i resume play tomorrow this won't appear.

Happened to me too...just close the client and restart it...fixes the issue for me.

if you don't want to go through all the trouble of closing the client and restarting all you have to do is go to the lock casheir/admin page and type in your info yourself

Had this too.

Right after I sent a p2p transfer.

So this is nothing to worry about right?

Nop wouldn't worry about it, it did nothing for me.. i think it's just some bug in their system really.

If any one has this happen again please take a quick screen shot and send me, its nothing we ahve been able to replicate yet so I just need to send a screenshot to the devs if possible.
