As you can tell, some of your customers are kind of annoyed and angry about the delay. An apology for this situation would be appropriate as well imo.
This isnt a liquidity problem, if a few bounties were enough to put us under we'd be long gone.
This is a case of something that we want automated that still hasnt been built in for us. We are working on getting this in place asap as the manual system is very time consuming which has caused these delays.
