When do the players that knocked out a Pro get credited with their $500 to their lock poker accounts?
07-29-2012 , 10:26 PM
never, or maybe if you msg support they might pay you, if they feel like it, or whatever.

Everyone knows its impossible to knockout a pro, unless your on fulltilt.

I won a bounty yesterday and they told me I should get it within 24hs.... will see.
07-30-2012 , 11:28 PM

I emailed them, 24hs have pass and I don't see my money yet.

The pros determine if you get payed or not. Their decision is based on your perceived skill level, the size of your ca hones , and E = MC^2.

/level.

GL getting your money. I've seen a few posts about people not getting paid for pro-KOs.

I checked my account this morning and Lock Poker has gave me the $500 cash for las sunday's $100k tournament.

I think we should be patient, but they need to improve communication.

It appears that in both the 110k and the 80k this week, there are a few less bounties listed in the lobbies and some of the regulars are not listed. Does anyone know if this is something to expect going forward?

Its an amazing addition to the tournies, I hope they continue.

I have contacted support via email numerous times and they always responded within 24 hours, sometimes within a few hours. I emailed them on tuesday about a bounty I won this past sunday and I get no response...that's kinda funny. And a horrible way to treat a dedicated player. I am fine with "we will credit you within 3 or 4 days", but to not say nothing at all and your ranked as the best U.S. site to play poker...very suprising. And a good way to lose players.

Lock is so atrocious it's hard to believe.
08-16-2012 , 02:18 PM
They arent paying the Bounties its a lie!!! I knocked out matt stout in the $530 80k on August 5th. I sent several emails to support, they responded with oh it will be there in 24 hrs, then that turned into days. Again they say," sorry for the delay it now has to be forwarded to our promotions/marketing dep. I have also emailed rizen, shane, Rizen emailed me back the following day and asked support to ,"look into my bounty." Heres the last response they sent me today.AUG 16, 2012 | 01:07PM EDT

Hello,

I will follow up with our Tournament Manager again regarding this. It should not be to much longer. Thank you so much for your patience.

All my best,

WEll its been 11 days now what a f********* joke! No straight forward answers from them at all, no given timeframe, nothing. I hope lock fixes this s***.

mad confirmed.

I played in the $500.00 +30 tournament on Lock Poker on Sunday. I also knocked out a TeamPro "FelipeMojave" and according to what was advertised I was told I would receive a $500 bounty for my knock out. I am new to the site so I thought it would be one of those deals where when you get knocked out of the tournament or the tournament is over it will be credited to you account. It wasn't, so I got a little worried. I emailed them asking about my bounty, and got a reply the next morning:

So I was like ok that fine, still weird how it isn't an instant credit to your account, but I can wait 24 hours, no big deal. 24 hours later, still no credit to my account, so I email them again and get this response:

Hello Chris,

Firstly congratulations on the win,

I have to also apologize, you were misinformed we aim to have these credited actually within 48 hours.

I understand you want to play with this asap so hopefully this will be credited very soon

Kind regards,

Joey

When I read this, I was like what kind of joke is this? How hard is it to credit $500.00 to my account?? But I was like ok whatever, still got a little dough to play with on there so I'll wait it out... Of course about 50 hours pass and then I email them again. This time I had to email them about 2 issues. One regarding my bounty payout, of course, and another about my billing address... When I was playing that day I noticed it said over my name that I was living in Los Angeles... I was stunned when I saw that, I thought my account got hacked and someone changed my address. It had a whole new billing address, street name, and all. Here was their response to my next email about those two issues:

I am absolutely stunned at this poor performance by Lock Poker. This is where I stand right now, and have no idea if I will ever receive any credit to my account, and not sure if it will ever be possible to cash out.

If anyone has any comments or would like to share more of their experiences, that would be great! I hope anyone else in this situation gets paid out like they should. GL everyone!

Hmmmmmmm... I guess I will get the run-around everyday!!

Wow...I got the exact same email today word for word from the same person, Elle. The Pro I knocked out (NickyEvans) is always on twitter telling people to come get his bounties at Lock every Sunday. I think we should all start going to facebook, twitter, and other pages of these poker pro's and LockPoker and start leaving messages and letting more people know about them. Lock's reputation as the best site for poker players is seemingly turrning into a lie.

does lock even care bout their poker site an ymore?? if poeple that are thinking bout playin there, come here and read ALL OF this nonsense,, who wild really play there now?? I wont now,, unless its from moeny i have won from free tho. GL and keep this thread updated so we know if u ever get ur moeny tho. and gl..

Its not amazing when they dont pay u the $500 bounty. I played the $530 80k knocked out matt stout on August 5th. Ive been fighting with support ever since. Seems like they are hoping ill get so frustrated that i drop it. But fact is its been 11 days and they still haven't credited my account with the $500 bounty.

lol thats so scummy of them, but seems about right.

I am in the same boat. HOW DO YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING, NOT PAY, AND EXPECT TO BE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS?? I know 3 of my buddies already that didn't deposit to Lock because they have seen what I have gone through. Just a terrible run business IMO. All you do is credit someones account with what YOU OWE THEM!! What, do they hope some people forget and they don't have to pay out? Or do they just not have the funds to do so and are a VERY small version of Full Tilt? Just stealing from the players?? A LOT OF RED FLAGS HERE!!
08-16-2012 , 04:42 PM
To answer your question Tanthony77. Their are less bounties listed because they are having trouble paying off their customers. Be careful, I would cash out ASAP.
08-16-2012 , 08:52 PM
There were 3 threads so Ive rolled them into one.

Ive replied to a couple of you in another section of the forum, anyone else thats still waiting on theirs please shoot me an email with your details so I can follow up on these cases individually for you.
08-16-2012 , 10:42 PM
Shane, you should probably also address the comments where people are concerned about liquidity as well as lock's lack of organization here. Obviously these are things you have addressed before. But since people are bringing it up again and seem genuinely concerned about those aspects stemming directly from this situation, it would be appropriate to respond again.

As you can tell, some of your customers are kind of annoyed and angry about the delay. An apology for this situation would be appropriate as well imo.
