We have had some delays with WU which we are working through now, if you
email me your details I can look into your situation and ensure you are on the priority list.

In my opinion, this would be an example of "not straight-forward".
If you want to have a straight-forward discussion with your customers then you need to offer a bit more than, "it isnt exactly a secret."
You want somebody here to have to do detective-work to answer on your behalf? But all the while behaving in a pretty cheesy manner and blaming somebody here for assuming you are located in Berlin when they do actually look into that and uncover multiple pieces stating that.
And then you are all, "my outdated linkedin is hardly evidence of where I am located!"
You want the people here to look into it...while also berating them when they look in the wrong place.
Conclusion:
- Stop berating your customers
- Stop thinking it's fun when you give "hints" at something
Suggestion:
"No, I'm not in Berlin anymore actually. I used to be X there years ago. I haven't updated by LinkedIn location in awhile. Sorry for the confusion there. I should have just stated where I was instead of berating those of you when you were looking into it while, at the same time, instructing that you should be looking into it. Anyway, my location is ______________.
I should have just said that at the start and I apologize for not doing so. Bad judgment on my part and my evasiveness here ended up dragging out this aspect. Sometimes I kind of accidentally end up playing word-games with the community without realizing I am actually doing so. A byproduct of being too defensive too much of the time I guess. Again, I apologize and I will strive to do better."
Shane - Seriously, just apologize when you screw up or mislead the community or miscommunicate or whatever you want to call it. That alone would be a nice step.
Actually I was hoping a mod would come in and confirm my IP location without having to post where I live. With posts such as "Shane needs to have his throat slit" I would prefer to not have to post my location.

I do see that the Lock facebook page has been significantly more active in regards to promotional stuff. The twitter account a little bit as well (not as much though...still mostly the automated, "here are the 3 Lock Lotto Winners today).
We wanted to build up the social media side of things and with more and more of my time already being taken up by 2+2 it made sense to add social media to my plate and start ramping that up as well.

Most sites have stipulations on their contests about the play needing to be genuine or legitimate or somehow in the spirit of the game. That type of thing. Curious about this aspect but I haven't followed it very closely.
After feedback from players flipping is being removed from promotions effective next month.

3+ months for my money. But don't worry cashouts are 'improving'.
Because to do that we would need to get the funds back from the old processor first, so its not guaranteed it will work out to be faster.
