Shame why does Lock not have people working around the clock using every means necessary to get cashouts paid? Cashouts can be sped up with some effort on Locks part, that much is clear so why not just do it for everyone? Seems after no improvements for months it is time Lock finally stepped up to the plate do you not agree?
The courier they use probably give them a delivery guarantee "by X time on Y date". That's not that uncommon nor suspicious. When I was waiting on an emergency package in England I got the same thing.
